Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Amari, founder of Admin by Amari Agency and, somewhat by accident, a business owner.
Before this, I spent eight years in childcare and education. When a reproductive justice charity offered me 10 hours a month of virtual assistant work in March 2023, I said yes as a side hustle. By September, it was my full-time job. Now I run a whole agency and lead a team of 20 sex-positive associates who have supported more than 150 clients across 18 countries.
Sexual wellness and women's rights have always been where my heart is. I studied Sociology at university, specialising in gender, sexuality, sex work, and feminism, while volunteering with sex worker, women's rights, and domestic violence charities. Today, I'm an Accredited Sex and Relationship Educator, Clinical Sexologist, and Certified Sex Coach, with over seven years of experience in the sector and five years in admin and social media management.
That combination is what makes this agency different. I understand the admin and I understand your industry, so you never have to explain why your content keeps getting flagged or justify the work you do.
