We’ll talk through what’s working, what’s feeling overwhelming, and what kind of energy or expertise you’d love in a virtual assistant. This helps me get clear on how we can best support you and who from my team would be the perfect match.
Sign the Introductory Agreement
After the discovery call, if you are still happy to go ahead, you'll receive a short introductory document to read and sign. This outlines the basics of how we work, what to expect from the process, and ensures we’re all starting on the same page. It’s quick and easy, and helps set a clear foundation for what comes next.
Your Ideal VA, Handpicked
Once I have your signed agreement, I’ll take a look at your needs, values, and the type of support you're looking for. From there, I’ll match you with one of my trusted associates who I believe is best suited to your business and personality. Each associate is sex-positive, professional, and brings their own unique strengths to the table.
The Introduction
I’ll introduce you to your potential virtual assistant via email, and include a direct link to their calendar so you can book in a time for your discovery call. This gives you both the opportunity to connect one-to-one and see if there’s a natural working chemistry.

During your discovery call, you’ll have the chance to ask questions, share a bit more about your business, and explore how they can support you. This is a no-pressure space to get a feel for their vibe, communication style, and whether it aligns with what you're looking for. If you’re happy and want to move forward, simply email me with the number of hours per month you’d like to book, and how many months you’d like to commit to.
Let’s Get You Started
I’ll then prepare and send over your contract and invoice based on your chosen package. Once everything is signed and payment is received, you’re officially onboarded and ready to begin working together. Your associate will be in touch to schedule your first working session and guide you through any onboarding steps from their side.
