A sex-positive agency provides creative and operational support for businesses working within the sex-positive and women’s health space. This can include sex education, sexual health, sex therapy, sex tech, adult entertainment, reproductive justice and kink communities.
The term sex-positive reflects an open, non-judgemental and affirming approach to human sexuality, embracing consensual and healthy expressions of identity, orientation and behaviour.
As an agency, we bring together content, systems and support in a way that allows your business to run smoothly behind the scenes while also showing up powerfully online. Our team members understand the nuances of your industry, including language, boundaries, platform restrictions, and the importance of discretion and consent-led communication.
Do I need sex-positive support for my sex-positive business?
While you could work with someone outside of the space, having sex-positive support offers clear advantages.

How do you vet and select your team members?
Our team members represent me, so the standard is extremely high.
All team members must be registered as self-employed and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. They are required to have appropriate business insurance and must sign a contract aligning with the ethical, legal and professional standards of the agency.
We also require 2 references from previous clients or employers, along with evidence of past work and relevant experience within the sexual wellness, adult or women’s rights space. They are required to have a 30-minute interview, and before they can work with clients, they work with me directly first to ensure they meet the standard of the agency.
Beyond this, alignment in values is essential. All team members are sex-positive, pro-choice, kink and BDSM friendly, supportive of sex work, pro LGBTQIA+ rights, anti-racist and anti-sexist. These are non-negotiable values within the agency.

Can you work together if I’m not in the sexual wellness or women’s health industry?
Yes, we have worked across multiple industries such as construction, nurseries, drama schools, photographers, travel, retail, food, etc. Please do reach out if you are interested in working together.
What qualifications and experience does Amari have?
BA (Hons) in Sociology (Specialised in topics such as gender violence, sexuality, pornography, sex work, sexual violence, domestic violence, sexual health, feminism, and sexism.)

What is the process for working with the agency?

What is the difference between retainers and packages?
Retainers are ongoing monthly support where you secure a set number of hours each month with the studio. This is ideal if you need consistent, long-term support across content, admin and personal assistant tasks, or have a lot of various tasks which need doing.
Packages are more fixed and focused, centred around a specific deliverable or short-term project. These are best suited for those looking for social media, podcast, website and email marketing support, whether ongoing or one-off support.

Do you only work with women?
No, we work with clients of all genders. While our work sits within the sex-positive and women’s health space, the agency is inclusive and welcomes anyone aligned with our values.
Can you guarantee my accounts won’t be censored or deleted?
We can’t guarantee that your account will never be restricted, deleted, or limited. This is because platforms use automated systems and community guidelines that are outside of our control. Factors such as content type, user reports, platform policies, and algorithm changes can all affect how your posts are distributed. We always aim to follow best practices to reduce risks, but final decisions are made by the platform itself.
Where is Admin by Amari Agency based?
United Kingdom, but we work globally.
Can I work with you if I’m outside the UK?
YES!! As remote workers, we have the privilege of collaborating with people from all over the globe. Whether you’re in Europe, the Americas, or Oceania, I’ve worked across a wide range of time zones. We have worked in 17 countries and 17 US states. Here are some of the countries of clients we have worked with.
How do you handle time zone differences with international clients?
You might wonder about the challenge of different time zones, but with flexibility and understanding, it’s never an issue. If you’re willing to start your day a little earlier or stay up a little later, we will happily do the same. This way, we can seamlessly align our schedules and work together efficiently. We have worked with clients in New Zealand, which is an 11-hour time difference!
If I purchase a retainer how do you track your hours?
We use time-tracking apps such as Toggle and Clockify.
What happens if the person I am working with is sick or on holiday?
The VA will complete the hours purchased around holidays or sickness, if this is not possible, another VA can step in and ensure all tasks are completed. You will never be left in the dark!
How do you accept payments?
For clients not based in the UK, we take payments via GoCardless, WISE or Revolut.
For those in the UK, it is via bank transfer.
We do not accept cash or credit cards.
How Do You Ensure GDPR Compliance and Data Protection?
My team and I are fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of data protection and privacy. They are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and have the appropriate business insurance in place.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and hold a Level 3 qualification in GDPR, ensuring I adhere to all data protection regulations.
Our contract includes a non-disclosure clause to safeguard sensitive information. Additionally, I have business insurance in place, and both my phone and laptop are fully insured. All data is securely stored on a password-protected laptop, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards at all times.
Do you work with LGBTQIA+, sex worker, kink, BDSM, or poly communities?
This is our bread and butter, OF COURSE! We embrace and celebrate diversity within the LGBTQIA+, kink, BDSM, sex worker, and poly communities. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive space for all individuals, regardless of their background, gender, race, sexuality, religion, or identity.

I don’t see my country listed in your rates. Can we still work together?
Yes, of course! Please send me an email info@adminbyamari.com with where you are based, and I will send you the rates for your country.
Why do your rates vary by country?
This is because of the conversion rate and transaction fees.
How long do I have to use the hours I purchase?
1 month or 4 working weeks, where necessary. Hours purchased (retainers) do not roll over to the next month.
Do you offer discounts on your services?*
No, we don’t offer discounts as our pricing reflects the value, quality, and experience we bring to each role. In order to provide the best results, we invest significant time and effort, which allows us to deliver work that meets a high standard.
Our pricing reflects the comprehensive range of services we provide, including my qualifications in sex coaching and sex education, as well as, me and my team’s specialised knowledge in administration, marketing and social media management within the sexual wellness space.
While some may offer lower prices, we focus on delivering high-quality services that ensure your specific needs are met. Mine and my teams background and experience allow us to provide a level of support that cheaper options may not offer.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after payment?
No, all payments are final. Due to the nature of our work and the allocation of time and resources, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made.
When you book with the agency, time is reserved and scheduled for you, and our team members begin planning and preparing your work accordingly.
