How Do You Vet and Select Sex-Positive Virtual Assistant Associates?
My associates represent me and my business therefore, the criteria they have to meet is EXTREMELY high. All my associates are required to be registered as self-employed and be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). They must have the appropriate business insurance in place and they sign a contract adhering to high ethical, moral and legal standards of the business. I require 2 references from their previous employers/clients as well as evidence of any previous work they have completed. They must have experience working in the sexual wellness or women's rights space and experience in the services they offer.
But it’s not all about logistics, right? Do they have a sex-positive mindset? ALL of my associates are; sex-positive, pro-choice and pro-abortion, kink and BDSM friendly, pro-sex work, pro LGBTQIA+ rights, anti-racist and anti-sexist. I would not bring anyone onto my team who does not uphold these core values of mine and the business.

Our pricing reflects the comprehensive range of services we provide, including my qualifications in sex coaching and sex education, as well as, me and my teams specialised knowledge in administration and social media management within the sexual wellness space.
