We send invoices 7 days before the 1st of the month. You will not be able to work with us until payment is made and a contract is signed.

No. we don’t offer discounts as we believe my pricing reflects the value, quality, and experience we bring to each project. In order to provide the best results, we invest significant time and effort, which allows me to deliver work that meets a high standard.

Retainers are ongoing monthly support where you secure a set number of hours each month with the studio. This is ideal if you need consistent, long-term support across content, admin and personal assistant tasks, or general business operations.
Packages are more fixed and focused, usually centred around a specific deliverable or short-term project. These are best suited for one-off needs or clearly defined outcomes.
