Secrets Worth Sharing is a podcast and Community Interest Company founded by Sophia Lưu, dedicated to supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse and training the allies around them. With a small, entirely part-time team juggling podcasting, events, workshops, consultancy, and a growing content library, having solid admin foundations in place is essential to keeping everything running smoothly.

Admin by Amari stepped in to provide admin support and organisation for the team - helping to bring structure and order behind the scenes so that Sophia and the team could stay focused on the work that matters most. From keeping things organised to supporting the day-to-day running of the platform, our role was to take the admin weight off a team doing incredibly important, high-impact work.
