Managed ongoing website updates in Shopify, including SEO improvements. Identified and addressed issues such as multiple H1 tags on certain pages and duplicate meta descriptions across the site.
Redesigned the abandoned checkout email experience using Shopify Email and Shopify Flow. Instead of standard "you left something in your cart" messaging, created a series of five educational, product-specific emails for each furniture collection. These emails were sent 12 hours after cart abandonment and focused on providing helpful content, such as how to use and style the furniture, to increase engagement and encourage conversions.
