  • We send invoices 7 days before the 1st of the month. You will not be able to work with us until payment is made and a contract is signed.

  • For clients not based in the UK, we take payments via GoCardless, WISE or Revolut.

    For those in the UK, it is via bank transfer.

    When you book with the agency, time is reserved and scheduled for you, and our team members begin planning and preparing your work accordingly.

  • Retainers are ongoing monthly support where you secure a set number of hours each month with the studio. This is ideal if you need consistent, long-term support across content, admin and personal assistant tasks, or general business operations.

    Packages are more fixed and focused, usually centred around a specific deliverable or short-term project. These are best suited for one-off needs or clearly defined outcomes.

  • VAT is applied to UK-based clients in line with HMRC guidelines.
