  • We can’t guarantee that your account will never be restricted, delayed, or limited. This is because platforms like Instagram use automated systems and community guidelines that are outside of our control. Factors such as content type, user reports, platform policies, and algorithm changes can all affect how your posts are distributed. We always aim to follow best practices to reduce risks, but final decisions are made by the platform itself.

  • Yes of course! Please send me an email info@adminbyamari.com of where you are based and I will send you the rates for your country.

  • We send invoices 7 days before the 1st of the month. You will not be able to work with us until payment is made and a contract is signed.

  • This is because of the conversion rate and transaction fees.

  • No. we don’t offer discounts as we believe my pricing reflects the value, quality, and experience we bring to each project. In order to provide the best results, we invest significant time and effort, which allows me to deliver work that meets a high standard.

  • For clients not based in the UK, we take payments via GoCardless, WISE or Revolut.

    For those in the UK, it is via bank transfer.

    We do not accept cash or credit cards.

  • No, all payments are final. Due to the nature of our work and the allocation of time and resources, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made.

    When you book with the agency, time is reserved and scheduled for you, and our team members begin planning and preparing your work accordingly.

    If you have any concerns or questions before moving forward, we always recommend reaching out so we can ensure the service is the right fit for your needs.

  • Retainers are ongoing monthly support where you secure a set number of hours each month with the studio. This is ideal if you need consistent, long-term support across content, admin and personal assistant tasks, or general business operations.

    Packages are more fixed and focused, usually centred around a specific deliverable or short-term project. These are best suited for one-off needs or clearly defined outcomes.
